Portrait Add-Ons and Requirements

Add-Ons

• $15 for each additional edit
• $125 to purchase all raw files (unedited photos)
• $30 for every additional outfit
• $50 for every additional backdrop
• $45 for USB
• Prints will be available for purchase directly from your digital folder once your edits are returned
• Additional shooting time to your package/session, $40 for every additional 30 min
• Family session includes 4 people. $30 for every additional person.

travel fee & late arrivals

TRAVEL FEE

Our pricing includes travel within a 10-mile radius from the 60018 area code. Should your location be beyond this radius, a fee of $1.50 per mile will be added for each mile exceeding the initial 10-mile distance.
LATE ARRIVALS

We adhere to a meticulously planned schedule to ensure your session runs smoothly. Any delay will result in a deduction of time from your scheduled session.

Please note that session extensions are not possible in case of lateness.
If there are no bookings scheduled immediately after your session and you wish to extend, a fee of $40 per additional 30 minutes will apply.

Your punctuality and adherence to the schedule are greatly appreciated to provide you with the best possible photography experience.

Deposit and payment

• A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book your session.
• Your $75 deposit will be deducted from your total bill.
• The deposit is not transferable. If you need to reschedule, a new $75 deposit will be due to reserve your new session
• The deposit is non refundable. If you cancel your session or do not show, you forfeit your deposit
• Your remaining balance is due the day before your session with the exception being if you are paying in cash. In that case, payment is due upon your arrival.

Photo selection & edit returns

DELIVERY TIMELINES

After your session, please allow 48 to 72 hours for us to send you a digital folder containing the raw files via email. This email will also include instructions on how to select the photos you'd like to have edited.

Once you've made your selections, please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your selection for the edited images to be completed and returned to you. Please note that all outstanding invoices must be settled before the edited images are released.

RUSH DELIVERY

If you require expedited delivery, we offer rush returns for an additional fee. The specific fee may vary depending on our availability and the extent of your rush request. For more details and to discuss rush options, please don't hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
