Customer Requirements

Prior to the photography session, it is the responsibility of the customer to make any necessary arrangements and obtain all required photography permits for the chosen locations.

Additionally, for the Silver, Gold, and Diamond packages, please ensure provision of a meal for both the primary photographer and the second photographer during the event."

deposit and payment

PAYMENT TERMS

• Booking Deposit: To secure your reservation, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required.

• Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event of a wedding cancellation, the following applies:
1. If canceled within 30 days of the event, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
2. If canceled more than 30 days before the event, a 50% refund will be provided on the 30% deposit.

• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due the day before your session. If paying in cash, please have payment ready upon our arrival.

• $100 for every additional hour

• Elopments and Silver package include travel to 1 location. If you are looking to travel to an additional location, please contact us for pricing.

• Prints will be available for purchase directly from your digital folder once your edits are returned

• Second Photographer is recommended for maximum coverage and a richer tapestry of memories. This talented professional will work in tandem with our primary photographer, capturing different angles, candid moments, and ensuring no detail goes unnoticed. travel fee and late arrivals

TRAVEL FEE

Our pricing includes travel within a 10-mile radius from the 60018 area code. Should your location be beyond this radius, a fee of $1.50 per mile will be added for each mile exceeding the initial 10-mile distance.

LATE ARRIVALS

We adhere to a meticulously planned schedule to ensure your session runs smoothly. Any delay will result in a deduction of time from your scheduled session. Please note that session extensions are not possible in case of lateness.
If there are no bookings scheduled immediately after your session and you wish to extend, a fee of $100 per additional hour will apply.
Your punctuality and adherence to the schedule are greatly appreciated to provide you with the best possible photography experience.

photo returns

Following your event, please allow 2-3 months for the edited images to be returned. All outstanding invoices must to be paid prior to the return of the edited images.

Rush returns are available for an additional fee. Fee will vary depending on our availability. Please contact us for further information.
